EQT Buys 30% Stake In Chinese Aluminum Die Casting Maker

STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- Swedish private equity fund EQT Greater China II Monday said it has acquired a 30% stake in Chinese aluminum die casting manufacturer Modern Metals & Precision Holdings Ltd. through a new share issue.

The new funds will be used to expand current production and to establish a new plant in China, EQT said.

The company's co-founders, Duen Fung and C.T. Fung, will remain majority owners with a 70% stake after the share issue by the Chinese company.

Financial details weren't immediately available.

Established in 1969, Modern Metal & Precision Holding supplies highly- engineered aluminum die casting products to the global automotive, climate control and industrial automation markets in the U.S., Europe and Asia. It currently operates two plants in Dongguan, China, and is planning to build a new plant in China. Modern Metal had sales of approximately $75 million in the financial year that ended March 31, 2010.

EQT is partly owned by Swedish investment firm Investor AB (IVSBY).

电影《左右》中的性场面怎比《色，戒》还多?

早就知道第六代导演王小帅的最新电影作品《左右》获得了第58届柏林国际电影节最佳编剧银熊奖。春节前，我就收到观看《左右》的邀请，因为我人在南方而错失一次机会，这回再次收到邀请则答应得毫不犹豫。
和其他京城评论人一起观影时，我们悄悄说的最多的一句话就是：四位主角的演技太彪悍了。在柏林，电影界业内人士对这四位演员演技的评价是“像钻石一样熠熠生辉”。很坦白地说，这并非吹捧。不管他们曾经塑造了什么样的人物形象，单说他们在《左右》中的角色塑造，他们无疑是成功的，确实为影片增色不少。
刘威葳扮演的是一位离异后再婚的母亲，她为了拯救患了白血病的儿女，带着伦理的枷锁、冒着道德的审判毅然决然地和抛弃了她的前夫再度发生性关系，而这一切的目的很单纯：就是用未来出生孩子的脐带血来拯救她的白血病女儿。她的坚强和果断成了拯救女儿的唯一“法宝”。成泰燊在片中就是刘威葳的再婚丈夫，一个称得上伟大的父亲，为了5岁的非亲生儿女而把“爱”表达得异常深沉和庄重的小人物。他的每一次忍让和退步都让孩子重获新生的可能往前迈了一大步。特别是到了最后，“成泰燊”说：等孩子出生以后，给张嘉译、余男他们说好，孩子咱们自己养，就说是我们生的，过年一起带着孩子回老家看看。这段很简短的道白让我动容。张嘉译是刘威葳的前夫，已经和余男结婚两年，但张嘉译和刘威葳共同的孩子患了白血病以后，张嘉译直接面临着左和右的选择。孩子是要救的，但还存在一个怎么救的问题。其实这部电影中的每一位主角都面临着同样的抉择。他们在表达这种左右为难的选择时都很出彩。刘威葳是坚毅和果断的，因为这个近乎荒诞的想法是她提出来的；成泰燊是隐忍的，他爱老婆，也爱孩子；张嘉译是犹豫的，毕竟他已经另组家庭；余男起初是愤怒的，但她见到孩子以后，同情逐渐替代了愤怒……各不相同的人物脸谱，使得延续了几千年的伦理道德在这些小人物面前黯然失色。
就剧情而言，可以说，这个故事就是肥皂剧的路子，特别是前半部分，很多铺垫让人感觉没什么新意，关键是主人公说了头一句台词，后面的台词几乎就可以预见到。但是剧情发展到后半段，肥皂剧在王小帅的导筒下渐渐变得不肥皂，前面的肥皂桥段在后面得到呼应和解答。故事并没有完全按照为了拯救而拯救的路线走到底。或许，这就是王小帅的高明之处。
王小帅在这部电影中体现了一种大爱至上的情怀。在一种温情中，他把牵涉到亿万人的伦理道德给升华了。不过，在《左右》中似乎和性有关的场面有点多了。这一点是我不太理解的。我们知道，在李安的《色，戒》中有四场性爱戏，而《左右》显然比《色，戒》还多。当然，性这个东西在《左右》中不能没有，但是，我觉得过犹不及，王导没有必要把这些场面做得那么多。过多的性描述实际上会让剧情变得有些生硬，冲淡了一些本应属于观众的感动。其实，这是一个仁者见仁智者见智的问题，只有等3月7日《左右》全国公映后观众看了才有定论。
